Because The King's Church is on a mission it is important to see that membership is not just about turning up on a Sunday. It is about knowing that this is where God wants us to be part of his church family, part of God's mission. It is important for the elders of the church and each person to know this is right.
Those visiting will usually come on a Sunday for a number of weeks or months before deciding this is where they think they should be. People with children or young people also want to know that they can feel part of the life of the church. Most people will also visit one or more of the housegroups that meet mid-week to get to know folk a bit better.
If having seen and tasted a little you want to be part of this church you will be invited to join a new members course which runs for about 7 weeks.
